Sends a Shipment Alert from D365 Business Central to Customer automatically
Auto Ship Alert is app which can be installed in any Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Instance. This need a basic setup after which it can be activated. Once activated, it can send an alert over an email to customer with a tracking URL every time a sales shipment is posted in Business Central.
This can help the logistic team of any company automatically informing their customer that a shipment is on the way over an email. Customer can also track their package from the URL included in the email.
As customer receives the shipment alert in the email with the tracking URL, they will at peace regarding their package delivery without calling up or following up the respective Sales People.
