END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee” or “You”) and DynaExperts Consulting LLP (“Licensor,” “We,” or “Us”) governing your use of the D365 Business Central Applications (“Software” or “App”) developed by DynaExperts Consulting LLP and distributed via Microsoft AppSource.

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If You do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, download, or use the Software.

1. LICENSE GRANT
   DynaExperts Consulting LLP grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices owned or controlled by You for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.
2. USE RESTRICTIONS
   You shall not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
• Use the Software in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
• Share, publish, or distribute any content that violates third-party rights using the Software.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
   The Software and any accompanying documentation are the property of DynaExperts Consulting LLP and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that no title or ownership of the Software is transferred to You, and all rights, title, and interest in the Software and all copies thereof remain with DynaExperts Consulting LLP.
4. DATA PRIVACY
   The Software may collect certain data from users, such as usage patterns and other technical data, to improve the Software and its performance. By using the Software, You agree to the collection and use of data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] (provide a link to the privacy policy).
5. TERM AND TERMINATION
   This EULA is effective upon your acceptance of its terms and will remain in effect until terminated by either party. DynaExperts Consulting LLP may terminate this EULA at any time if You breach any term of this EULA. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
   The Software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. DynaExperts Consulting LLP does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   In no event shall DynaExperts Consulting LLP be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected to your use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
   This EULA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
   This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between You and DynaExperts Consulting LLP concerning the use of the Software and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter hereof.
10. AMENDMENTS
    We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time by posting the revised terms on Microsoft AppSource or our website. Your continued use of the Software following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified EULA.
